We manufacture one-, two-, and multi-gear rotors for any conveyor task and tailored specifically for any material. If you need oversize components, no problem. Our facilities can fabricate rotors up to 4.5 meters (14.5 feet) in length. Using the most modern 3D design software we can also work with our clients to develop new rotor geometries with customized heads.

We only use stainless or material grade steel for our rotors, hardened to 64 HRC. Depending on the situation we can also use other materials.

This covers nearly all customer needs with regard to conveyor volumes and media. Precision-milled rotors of the highest quality are produced to match specific stator dimensions.
